Resiliency is the ability to withstand, recover & grow in the face of stressors & difficult situations. This course provides tools to overcome everyday adversity to build the habit to be prepared to face significant stress. Values based goals will outline how to be intentional in your efforts. Additionally, reframe & balance your thinking will outline steps to slow down our thinking to be able to respond versus react. The practice of resilience results in increased performance & improved health.
