Description

The presentation is an interactive game to help test participant knowledge. As inspectors doing their day-to-day operations we are not always mindful of the reason we cite items. The presentation will require thought to answer and will invoke a deeper understanding of why we do what we do. This will help inspectors gain a better of understanding of where items are in Chapter 24 State code. It will also provide basic public health rationale to help understand the why of food safety.
