The speaker will provide an overview of FDA enforcement actions for food violations, with example stories for each. He will also discuss the Food Drug & Cosmetic Act and its provisions for prohibited acts and penalties. Various judicial, administrative, and advisory actions, and evidence needed to support them will be included.
