This tutorial provides the basics of Quality Improvement and how it fits into the Performance Management Framework. Objectives: At the end of this tutorial you will be able to: Describe the basics of Quality Improvement within the Performance Management Framework; and Describe the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) quality improvement cycle.
