Topics include: new definitions, administration subchapter updates, swimming pools/wading pools construction requirements, specially exempt facilities, changes to pool supervision/lifeguard requirements, lifeguard prohibited activities, new emergency equipment, changes to bather rules and signage, construction and operational requirements, changes in water sample hold time, notification of authorities, microbiological standards and more.

NJDOH will not register participants and award NJ continuing education credits for this webinar. Local health department participants may arrange for CEs through their respective NJLMN administrators. This course application may be copied for use by other NJLMN administrators.
